After a serious health scare and a long recovery, Lyubov discovered that sourdough was one of the few foods that made her feel better. What started as a personal journey in 2023 soon became a passion for sharing real, nourishing bread with others. She began baking for family and friends, and their love and support inspired her to take the next step. Now, we’re opening Shoreside Bakery in downtown San Diego, where every loaf is made with care, gratitude, and love.
