Lyubov’s Story
Lyubov started with a home oven and a jar of starter in 2023. She was recovering, and sourdough was the only thing that made her feel like herself, so she baked it for herself first, then for the rest of us, then for anyone who asked. Enough people asked that we opened a bakery.
Her name means “love”, and it’s in every loaf we bake.
